History

10 plus years ago, Ray Tower's brother in-law was having shrimp boil parties in Illinois and it was always the best party of the year. Not just because of the people, but the food was amazing. Christmas of 2010, Ray was gifted the burner, bought the 80 qt pot and had his first shrimp boil party in 2011.

Each year, the party size grew. Word spread and the recommendations started coming..."why don't you make this a business?" The rest is history.

What is a shrimp boil?

To start, it's an experience! All the food is boiled in water with spices in an 80 qt pot. A standard boil contains the following items:

  • Shrimp (crawfish, lobster)

  • Meats (hot dogs, brats, andouille sauage)

  • Potatoes

  • Corn on the cob

  • Mushrooms

  • Garlic cloves

  • Pearl onions

Every shrimp boil can be customized. The average party has three boils that progressively get spicier. The amount of spice can be altered depending on your preference. Different meats or seafood listed above can be added to each boil. All boils are poured out onto a table. This lets people choose what they want on their plate or just gather around to graze and enjoy the food while they have fun with their friends. The boil itself is great entertainment! Give it a try!
